Retroactively, it is not easy. If the database is logged, you could try looking through the logs, but it isn't recommended. The number of people with the privilege to do it should be small (as in 2-3); they would be the DBA, the table owner, and user informix. User informix should be under control - and so should the DBA and the owner. Who else could it be?
