Everyone's been talking about Raid5 and ODSv7.1 just when I was hoping to build my databases on a Compaq 5500R with 5 4.3Gbyte disks.I'll have 60-80 concurrent users with blobspaces. The current system running on mirrored disks , is peaking at 20% of the current disk bandwidth. I want Raid for the resilience, but am I going to suffer with reduced performance? -- Graham Bartlett If Emailing remove the X
