OnLine version 5 and version 6

Hi, we're faced with the choice of upgrading our SE database to OnLine. We could go to either version 5 or version 6. I had heard some bad things about version 6 being 'buggy' and I wondered if anyone could offer tips and pointers to help us make the decision. TIA.
