Hi,
I think you will need either the product I-NET if you are running
INFORMIX-SE server or I-STAR if you are running an OnLine server.
Check for the following files in your $INFORMIXDIR:
installstar or installnet
lib/sqlexecd
etc/starfiles or etc/netfiles
It's easy to examine what server you are running. If you have a
file called "sqlturbo" in $INFORMIXDIR/lib it's the OnLine Server.
If you have a file called "sqlexec" in $INFORMIXDIR/lib it's SE.
When you know can tell me what server is running at your site then
I will tell you how to set up the appropriate files.
