Has anyone tried the DYNAMIC_LOGS parameter on Windows? Is there something other than setting this to 2. I tried it and locked up my instance on a Long Transaction. I had also set the High Water marks to 70/80 at the same time. No logs were added. Is there an alarm script that needs to be present that executes? Any help is greatly appreciated.
