It's in ACE, of course, but can be trivially adapted to I4GL or D4GL (or NewEra). And in the USA, the town comes before the state and zip code; the postal code precedes the town in (continental) European addresses. Britain has its own anarchic post code system which comes in about the same place as the US zip code. Also, US and British addresses have the house number before the street name.
