A modified sample is shown below. The repeated lines had to be added to get the core dump on Solaris. The original version had an array instead of just a single field, and there were extra attributes on the field and an INSTRUCTIONS section too. Omitting them meant a couple of extra lines in the INCLUDE section were needed to get the core dump on Solaris 2.6. The customer got the core dump on a smaller form -- your milage may vary, therefore, when reproducing this problem.
