Can I hide the structure of a database?

I would like to hide the structure of a database from nosy individuals? I know it's possible creating "secure" stored procedures (i.e. one that nobody knows what it does) is to remove the uncompiled version from the database. But what about the table names, columns, foreign keys and others?
