Request for Soundex Stored Procedure code

Does someone have a stored procedure to compute the Soundex code for a name?

I didn't find any SPL in the IIUG library; only C and 4gl. However, I did write the SPL code and would be more than willing to post it to the library if anyone is interested. F.
