Initalisation error

Can anyone help please? The informix/templog file (chunk) has been deleted by mistake. A level 0 restore was done but we cannot now bring informix online. INFORMIX-OnLine Version 7.13.UC7 The following messages appear from onmonitor:- oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization INFORMIX-OnLine is still in INIT or RECOVERY mode.
