Stored Proc within a Stored Proc

Hi, There is one temp table that would be used multiple times by other proc's. Are there any performance gottas with calling a stored proc within a stored proc ? Also, how can I create "dynamic" temp table names, i.e. by concatenating minutes and seconds with some literal. Thanks, Shew
