Enterprise Replication

Hello fellow informix users I have a really weird problem with replication. I have to replication groups defined on different servers. cdr server one comes up just fine but cdr server two shows itself in quiescent mode. The instance itself is on-line and you can access the databases even syscdr but I can not see how to force cdr into online mode. Any Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Kevin
