Doesn't tcb mean "thread control block"?

Oh, sure, make me go look it up. From the Adminstrator's Reference
description of onstat -g ath:
tcb Thread control block access
rstcb RSAM thread control block access
Personally I think that's a typo and 'access' should be 'address'.
Anyway, every thread has a tcb and threads involved in or waiting for
IO have an rstcb.
