DBTEMP environment variable
Hi all,
Recently I got the following error when I ran a compiled 4gl program:
Program stopped at "test.4gl", line number 149.
SQL statement error number -229.
Could not open or create a temporary file.
SYSTEM error number -22.
Invalid argument
I checked the DBTEMP and it was:
min% echo $DBTEMP
/tmp
min% ls -dl /tmpdrwxrwxrwt 3 root wheel 1656 Jul 31 11:51 /tmp/
However, the program ran fine if I set DBTEMP to some other writable
directory or null. I have INFORMIX-4GL Version 4.12.UE3 on SunOS 4.1.4.
Any idea?
