Like Brian London I too have to pay for my own messages. I often wonder at the amount of mail that gets copied many many times when people reply to messages. Don't all of your systems have a way of keeping threads together? If that was the case we needn't copy the request when we submit an answer. And might I also suggest more use of sending a reply to the originator only, and not to the whole group.
