Comparing two tables

Does anyone have code to compare the data in two different tables, or comments on the most efficient way to do this? Hello, I need to compare two different databases and I've downloaded 'schemadiff' from the IIUG. Does anyone knows how it works? Or knows about a better solution for comparing two databases?
