ODBC Driver configuration

Has anyone got any experience of configuring ODBC drivers? I am trying to do this inside a New Era program. I have been told by our ODBC supplier Intersolve/Merant to use the MSDASDK, but have been unsuccessful so far in finiding any documentation or sample programs. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks Shaun Campbell
