The difference is IMHO that the EXTENT/NEXT SIZE-clause in the
CREATE TABLE-statement is not in pages (as noted in the manuals)
but in kB, while oncheck reports the size in pages. That means,
your table is as big as 60kB, which is 30 pages, assuming that
your server's page-size is 2k.
