This is bug 162089 SQLSTATISTICS CALLS UPDATE STATISTICS WHEN SQL_ENSUR=
E IS
SET.
THIS CAN LEAD TO ERRORS AND PERFORMACE PROBLEMS
This bug is fixed in 2.81.TC2.
