Server Hung Up, Help ...

We are running Informix Online 7.12 on SCO Open Server 5.0. We experienced couple times Informix Server hung up and then freeze. In console, we got following message : PANIC: lock timeout lock=00000302, Owner=F015C143 Trying to dump 130943 Pages to dumpdev hd (1/41/) at block 0 1637 page per 130943 pages dump I don't known it's something with Unix or Informix tunable parameters or not? Thanks for any idea or clue.
