We have a temp table ,and load data into it , When we get the value of sqlca.sqlerrd[3] after the load it is showing a diff of 5 records i.e. it is showing 5 more records ,we confirmed it by using a cursor and doing a count . we are using Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.31.UC4. Is this a bug or are we missing something ? If you look at sqexplain.out (after doing an set sql explain;), You will see these two values (disk access and rows processed, both estimated). There is no guarantee, even implication, that they will be exactly correct. Maybe what you're looking for is sqlerrd[2], which holds the count of rows processed after a successful multi-row insert, update or delete. -- # unrm / ksh: unrm: not found # man cpio Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
