dbimport with transaction logs

Thanks to Carlton Doe, and Naomi Walker for your response. I tried using tbtape with the following options. tbtape -s -U <db_name> after importing it through dbimport. But it says I have to be loged in as informix to do that. Then changed the suid for tbtape, but no success, same response again. Does tbtape look for the user name informix? Is there a way to turn transaction log on without loggin in as informix. Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions. Ramesh Phatak
