It *seems* OK to me, too. It's just that we didn't see anything in TFM to set video attributes for INPUT or INPUT ARRAY __by each field__. If you specify REVERSE, it sets the whole line at once to reverse video. In the meantime, we are setting just the individual field in the BEFORE section to reverse video, and that gets clobbered once the INPUT statement is processed. I believe Informix *has* listed this as a bug (according to Data Pacific who did the port of FourGen CASE Tools 4.12 to our NCR UNIX 3.00.02/Informix Version 7 platform). It did not do this prior to 4GL 6.04 for NCR (we upgraded from 5.03.UC1 and 4GL 4.xx). >>We have a problem with our 4GL programs involving setting fields to >>display in "reverse video" when the cursor enters that field and then >>having the field go back to normal attribute. >> INPUT ARRAY yada-yada-yada Kerry Kerry Davids Client: 414-751-1835 E-mail: dino@ix.netcom.com Sr. Consultant Pager: 888-360-5739 Pager E-mail: 0880955@pagenet.net
