We tested several drivers and found the Informix 5 driver from Intersolv to be the most reliable. Get the most recent Intersolv driver from their "Data Direct Pack." Contact Intersolv at 919-461-4231. Could other issues be slowing you down? We DID see that if the client has no local hosts file and is using DNS that performance was terrible.
