Informix System Hangs
Posted in 1998
We are running Informix version 7.24.UC5-1 on Solaris 2.6 on a Sun E5000. We
are having multiple daily "pauses" of the database, where it seams a single
oninit starts sucking up all the CPU time, and nothing else moves. After
about a 2 minute period, the system returns back to normal. There is no
mention of the pause in the ONLINE.LOG file, and it does not seam to be a
checkpoint. Below I posted our ONCONFIG file incase someone sees something
wrong. Thanks for any help! -Jason
