JDBC timestamp escape syntax
Both Informix JDBC drivers I have (1.40, 2.00), have a bug in the
timestamp escape syntax handling.
A query
select * from resources where creationDate = {ts '1999-12-1212:00:00.00'}
results in the following error
SQLError: -217 Column (1999-12-12 12:00:00.00) not found in any table
in the query (or SLV is undefined).
Does anyone know what to do about it ?
The JDBC driver manual clearly states that Informix *does* support the
escape syntax.
