Unfortunately you can't do that.
You could have two fields in your form, like so:

> col1 [<>any_value ]
> col1 [<>other_value ]
However, the second field would require a different name and require
you to massage the resultant where clause string.
Another solution is to use INPUT ARRAY to input a list of values which
are then used to manually build the where clause.
