I care dearly about the CONSTRUCT mechanism also. "Me too!"
BUT, here's a chance to mention a problem I have with it that I haven't
seen mentioned yet...
In other mechanisms, such as INPUT, I've found a way to higlight only
the field where the user was working. Involves BEFORE/AFTER FIELD, &
setting OPTIONS INPUT ATTRIBUTE.
I haven't been able to figure this out in CONSTRUCT. Since you're
building a char string, not a structure of table-field lookalikes, you
can't say "DISPLAY <valud> TO <screenfield> ATTRIBUTES(BOLD)", for
example.
Any ideas out there? Has anyone licked this?
Regards,
bgh
