Informix/Illustra consulting/advice

We are in a bit of a bind. We have two new programmers who need to be brought up to to speed on using the UNICODE version of illustra and informix/illustra has not been very helpful. As far as we know there is NO significant documentation on how to speek true UNICODE to the illustra engine (not to mention anything fancier)... I guess they expect it all to be passed by word of mouth (or at least by keyboard). We will also need consulting help with other aspects of fine tuning a large, multilingual, text-based, unicode project. So...if you consider youself an expert in dealing with unicode and informix/illustra, please respond! We are located on the west-side of Los Angeles (CA).
