IDS 11.5 - repeated index corruption

I have a new install of 11.5 fc2. I am trying to run a set of stored procedures to load data from one table to 6 separate tables in a database. This works fine on my ID10 fc8 instance, but on the new instance the indexes are constantly being corrupted. I run the onchecks... drop and rebuild the indexes... I have even rebuilt the entire database on a different part of the file system. I have opened a PMR with IBM, but Im not getting much response so I am asking if anyone has seen this? I would hope it is in the way I have set up the new instance and not a bug... it would be a really bad bug.. IDS 11.5 fc2 linux cooked files on a OCFS2 filesystem - we used a clustered FS to enable SDS... obviously not to that point yet... THANKS!!!
