I looked up 4GL 7.20.UD8 and it looks like it was released for HP-UX 10.01 more than 8 years ago, so there might be a mismatch between the 4GL libraries and the version of HP-UX 11i you are using. Consider upgrading to a newer version of 4GL. Latest 4GL version is 7.32.UC4 for HPUX 11.23 (11i v2)
