ISM error

Hi everybody, i have the next message when i am trying to start ism, i am running: c:\\\\ism\\\\2.20\\\\bin\\\\ism_startup ism_startup is starting the ISM daemons *** it appears that the ISM server is not running what should i do, thanks

I got a similar ISM problem when I accidentally had the INFORMIXSERVER variable not match the other environment variables.
