Getting HTTP_REFERER from Web Datablase?

Hi guys, I'm using Web Datablade to generate dynamic content from IUS 9.14. Inside an AppPage I created, I'm able to get CGI environment variables created on the server (REMOTE_USER, SCRIPT_NAME, PATH_INFO, QUERY_STRING etc) but not on the client (HTTP_REFERER, HTTP_USER_AGENT). Let's say I want to detect HTTP_USER_AGENT to implement certain Netscape or IE specific content or script... Is there any way to do that?
