Fix to back-end growth

Recently, I posted an article about the backend [sqlturbos] growing in Online 4.10 UE1 and UE3P1. Further investigation showed one specific case to be where we had a cursor that had been prepared once [the specific query was a join between two tables]. After about 50 open/closes, we discovered steady growth in our backends. This problem was reproduced even on the stores db, so I'm surprised that more people haven't come across this problem. After sending a test program to Informix support, we have received a fix to bug # 14071 in release 4.10 UE4P1. Thanks to Informix for fixing the problem so quickly. Further details upon request.
