The above message was spammed to about 19 usenet groups; and my apologies for boring those who have no interest in the subject, which is demonstrably trivial. Because of the nature of the following, attached, private email, which I am publishing because all of my private email becomes my property, I am posting to all the spammed groups. Please note the use of the word "slanderous" is misplaced; I think McGrath meant to use the word "libelous". However, least there be any misunderstanding, if McGrath believes I have libeled anyone then my best defense is the truth, and I stand by any of my posts. If McGrath or anyone has a problem with this then I would be delighted to supply the name of my counsel so that any offended parties may take appropriate action. In other words, I invite McGrath to sue me. Otherwise, I hope McGrath is thoroughtly embarrassed by his adolescent email and has the sensiblity to post an apology to the 19 usenet groups to which the subject line applies for wasting their time and his time. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Colin James III, Principal Scientist cjames@cec-services.com CEC Services, 2080 Kipling St, Lakewood, CO 80215-1502 USA Voice: 303.231.9437; Facsimile: .231.9438; Data: .231.9434 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ begin 644 95082901.msg M0V]L:6XL#0H-"B`@66]U('=R;W1E.@T*/B`-"CX@5V4@<W!E8VEA;&EZ92!I M;B!E87-I;'D@;6%I;G1A:6YA8FQE('-O9G1W87)E('=H:6-H(&ES(&-O;G-T M<G5C=&5D#0H^(&9R;VT@9G5L;'D@=&5S=&5D+"!R975S86)L92!S;V9T=V%R M92!C;VUP;VYE;G1S(&EN(&)U;&QE="UP<F]O9B!C;&%S<PT*/B!L:6)R87)I M97,N("!792!U<V4@16EF9F5L+B`@1F]R(&$@8G)O8VAU<F4L('!L96%S92!C M86QL+"!F87@L(&]R(&5M86EL#0H^('1O('5S.@T*/B`-"@T*268@>6]U(&%R M92!R96%L;'D@:6YT97)E<W1E9"!I;B!M86MI;F<@8G5S:6YE<W,@8V]N=&%C M=',@=FEA('1H92!I;G1E<FYE="P-"GEO=2!M=7-T(&QE87)N('1O(&-O;G1R M;VP@=&AE('-L86YD97)O=7,O86)U<VEV92!B96YT(&]F('EO=7(@<&]S=',N M("!$;VXG=`T*8F]T:&5R('1O(')E<&QY('1O(&UE+"!A<R!A;&P@9G5T=7)E M(&UA:6QI;F=S(&9R;VT@>6]U('=I;&P@8F4@875T;RUD96QE=&5D+@T*#0HM M+2`-"D-O;&EN($UC1W)A=&@@("`@("`@("`@("`@("`@("`@("`@("`@("`@ M($EN=&5R;F5T.B!C;6U`=')A8S,P,#`N=65C:2YC;VT-"E)A>71H96]N($5N M9VEN965R<R`F($-O;G-T<G5C=&]R<RP@26YC+B`@(%9O:6-E.B`@("`R,34M M-#(R+30Q-#0-"E!H:6QA9&5L<&AI82P@4$$L(#$Y,3`Q("`@("`@("`@("`@ M("`@("`@($9!6#H@("`@("`R,34M-#(R+3$T-#4-"B`@("`@("`@("`@("`@ B("`@(#Q3=&%N9&%R9"!D:7-C;&%I;65R<R!A<'!L>3X-"@`` ` end
