He started it. Having been on the board, sure there's some questionable transactions, but nothing underhanded or illicit. In fact, its because the IIUG doesn't charge for membership that these issues arose. As OTC points out, if you can find a better value, go for it. I don't think that there's anyone on the board who is a saint.
