Re: DBExport needs temporary Files ?

There are several scenarios (all undocumented, as far as I can tell) where dbexport and dbimport use temp space. Use an environment variable DBTEMP to set it where you want it. In our case we have TEXT blobs which dbexport/dbimport writes to a temp file (not dbspace) as part of the process. Because this space get HEAVY I/O during the process we define the variable to a RAMDISK in memory.
