NewEra Reporting Facilities

NewEra Viewpoint is a virtually useless tool. It is primitive, difficult to use and almost impossible to deploy. Would someone recommend a report writer to use with NewEra and discuss their experiences of the tool. Ideally, the tool should be capable of being invoked at run time from the NewEra system.
