Looking for Replenishment Software

We have a custom Warehouse Distribution system written in 4GL (Fourjs BDL) using an IDS database. About 150,000 part numbers and 10 years of transaction history. Our Parts Replenishment is a hand coded program that lacks intelligence for trends/spikes/etc. Can anyone recommend a 3rd party Replenishment package that works with IDS and can be customized to integrate with our software?
