I doubt if there is any upgrade available since you don't have a maintenance contract for the current version (you would not have been able to obtain one for such old software). So, you will have to start from scratch, I fear. In the ordinary course of events, I'd say "Contact your IBM sales person", but I'm not sure whether that's going to work for you.
