Naomi, you didn't miss much. I don't know why this got posted to c.d.i., maybe it was by mistake. It was a discussion of the chairman of the German Informix user group, Marc Jung, with Michael Kraehe, who raved about Informix support in this group a while ago. Marc defended Informix's support as being better than Michael had implied, but admitted that there have been problems. He also suggested that co- operating with the IUG could help fix these problems, and that making such accusations in public wasn't helpful. Marc also told of very good experiences with hiring Informix support people as local consultants.
