Baan(Triton) and Online 7.2

We are currently in the process of implementing Banns (Triton applications). We are running a HP T500 2 way, and Informix 7.20.EV3p3. We will be upgrading to the general release of 7.20 shortly. My question is this. We have experienced nothing but poor performance to this point. Using the Database tools themselves to select data etc, performance is fine. This leads us to assume the problems are coming from within the Baan Informix Driver. Is anyone else going down this path, similar experience. Any comments, suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated. I believe the database is tuned OK. We have been tweaking it for months. System HP T500 2 Processor. 640 Meg Ram 10 - GB Drives in 2 5 disk Arrays. Drives are in Independant mode. All Dbspaces are moved to separate disk. ie rootdbs, logdbs, tmpdbs etc Thanks in advance
