Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Is this a compile-time error or a run-time error? I'd suspect it is a
run-time error. The problem will then be that the engines have been
upgraded to reject what was always a dubious condition given that qty is a
numeric type and not a character string (presumably the test should be IS
NOT NULL). If it is a compile-time error instead, then the I4GL compiler
has been tightened up to reject what was always dubious.
