sql.iem??

so, does anybody know what does the .iem files do?? and why the LiveWire appmgr needs the sql.iem, maybe that way we can find any reasonable explanation of why the LiveWire doesn't find the $^#&$ sql.iem file We did try to install a new FasTrack server under a user that have access to the online database and all it's environment variables, but still LiveWire doesn't find the file, and of course, doesn't connect to the database.
