INSERT problem

I posted earlier requesting for help in reading large text file in Powerbuilder. Currently, I'm facing another problem. What I'm doing is reading a text file generated from another computer system and having a Powerbuilder program reading it and doing some conversion, then, insert into Informix on an NT. Firstly, I discovered that if I have more than 10,000 records, not all the records are inserted. I've changed the program to perform a commit after every insert which solve the 10,000 records barrier. Now, when I tried with 70,000+, it failed with a message "No more cursor". I'm not sure what is the problem. Is it due to the Informix configuration, NT or the client (Win95) running Powerbuilder application?
