In addition and here I can't speak for this guy but the DHL job posting I put out recently is for anybody that can work legally (Sorry Winston) in the US wherever they happen to be currently and whatever nationality they hold. Which is how I happen to be over here. The general agreement so far has been that recruitment companies should avoid posting to this group but that "small" company postings would be acceptable as people got a view of the market without plowing through the jobs groups which in any case some of us cannot reach. To those posting adverts please note the SMALL advert posting rule. There are people who have to pay by the byte for these adverts to be delivered and there is no reason a complete job spec and company history needs to be sent to everybody!
