HAPPY HOLLIDAYS!!
The old days, we revoke connect from that userid, the capture all session ids
from that user, then run onmode -z, do we now have a new feature or command to
do this?

No... But the old method still works... It becomes easier if you have a
script... I don't because it's not a frequent situation... But it should be
easy to create...

You can user the SQL admin api and sysmaster to complete this task in a
single sql or put this
in a stored procedure if you intend to reuse this.
select sysadmin:task('onmode','z', sid) from sysmaster:sysrstcb where
username = '<<username>>';
