You need to find some downtime and diskspace. Unload the table to a file. Drop and recreate the tables with new sizing and extent sizing. Reload the table from a file. In a production world this usually means late nites and weekends. Oh and perform at LEAST one complete archive for Mr. Murphy before you start. (Two if you believe that Mr. Murphy has a relative that will eat your backup tape at the worst possible moment) (( As you can tell I have a true respect for Murphy's Law ;-) )) You can do the computations necessary for new sizes & extent sizes before hand.
