Started Connection Manager successfully. It is pointing to 2 servers
(Primary/Secondary HDR). I log into the secondary server and run 'onstat -g
cmsm'. It shows me the connection manager name/version, cluster name, even
failover arbitrator/order/timeout details. It completely leaves out the SLA
definitions. Running the same on the Primary server shows everything
(including SLA). From Connection Manager, I can connect to the Secondary
server; just for some reason the expected output is incomplete.

I'm not sure exactly what your question is...
We have a cluster here that shows SLA's for all servers regardless of which
server you run the command on. I'd suggest reviewing the connection manager
log and see if there are any errors listed.
