UPGRADE QUESTION

We are currently running IDS v. 7.23.uc6, on AIX 4.1.5. We are planning to upgrade our database and our OS. We plan to upgrade IDS to v. 7.24.uc3, and AIX to 4.3.1. My question is, Can I upgrade Infomrix first, test it out on 4.1.5 for a week or so, then upgrade the OS to 4.3.1? TIA John Paul Viegas
